N My Facebook Account It's Says 'you Currently Have No Phone Listed On Your Acco

n my facebook account it's says "you currently have no phone listed on your account. please log in from a recoginzed device to regain access to your account". since i started using "login approvals" for some strange reason it will not let me log into my facebook account unless i have my cell humber in my account( in which i did but, my number got delete and i don't know how that happen) please HELP ME!!!!! I DON'T WANNA LEAVE MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.!!!!! my name is "pragati shrestha and my email address is shrestha [email protected]
