Can You Make Sure A Post Is Not Visible Beyond Your Setting Of Privacy For It?

If I for example want to exclude a person or a group of people to see my post, I limit my post to a certain group. But, the question is, if people in that group "like" or comments on my post, does it because visible to all their friends. And in that way becomes visible to a person I excluded, because that person happens to be friends with my friend? In other words, can you make sure a post is really invisible to those you don't want to share with?

Yea the post will be only visible to those with whom you shared it and not visible to others even if they have friends in common.

in facebook there beside every post there is a small symbol i show you a photo of such a symbol. select the desired option in the tab show nu the arrow in the phot to ste ur privacy setting.
