We currently have a facebook account for the Crowne Plaza Phoenix. The previous Director of Sales set up the account and is no longer here. I need assistance on changing the login information. Unfortunately we do not have access currently to this account. How can I do this?

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

You must be able to use an email address registered with Facebook. Otherwise, if you don't know the password, you'll have to create a new account. Sorry.
