Logging Into Face Book

Hi I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY FACE BOOK FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW I JUST HAD MY YAHOO PASSWORD RESET CAUSE I GOT A NEW YAHOO E-MAIL AND COULD NOT LOG INTO FACE BOOK WITH IT CAUSE I AM JUST GONNA USE MY OLD E-MAIL AND CURRENT PASSWORD , BUT NOW IF I TRY TO LOG IN IT SAYS I GOTTA WAIT 24 HOURS .... IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN CAN ACCESS BEFORE THAT TIME PERIOD ? ANY HELP ?
