Log In And Providing My Government Id?!

My FB account was possibly hacked and now I am being asked to provide a government ID to reset my password.It was even suggested I use my social security card as an option!!! This seems ludicrous to me! Have you any other options ???

i have the same problem too......you need to upload a degree copy or social security card to upload
