Log In Problems Originating On Their End On Facebook

I had forgotten my email password that is associated with my facebook account. So I finally got that straightened out. Then I went to facebook and tried to log in. Then I had to changethat password because I had forgotten that one as well. So I got that changed and straightened out, or so I thought. My password was confirmed but it won't let me log in at facebook until I enter my cell phone number. OK FINE. I did that as well. The prompts tell me that after I submit my cell phone number I will be texted a code. After I enter that code, then I can log in. The trouble is, no matter how many times I enter my cell phone, I NEVER EVER receive a text telling me a code. No matter how many times I cycle through this craziness do I ever ever get a response. I found an e mail for face book and sent them a message. As of this writing, I have received zero response. I explained in the email that I have a possibility of a job, but the job I'm applying for (delivery) has the pre-requisite of having a page on facebook. Without the facebook account, I cannot work. I have about a week until this becomes critical. CAN ANYONE HELP??? ARE THERE REAL PEOPLE WHO WORK AND FACEBOOK AND RESPOND, OR WHAT????????

It's possible your carrier is not supported. Whether it is or isn't, you'll find helpful suggestions at this Facebook page.

Facebook does not really offer phone support. You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's Facebook's contact information:
