I Can Log Into My Facebook Account, But Everything Is Gone. Help?

I have a personal facebook account and a shop fan page. I changed my contact email address on my shop home page to match my personal email address and now everything is gone. I can log into my accounts, but there is nothing there. If I do a search for my pages they still come up, but I can't access them. Is there anyway to get this back? I also noticed, by looking at one of my friends pages, that my email address is something totally random that starts with blackhole... Thanks,
