Lock Account

My account was hacked so i requested to lock it for safety, now i have gained my account,even changed my password but still i cant access my account,they are not replying me..its more than a month i am sending my scan id to verify myself but in vain...What to do?

Send Facebook information about the account here so Facebook can look into the issue and take the necessary steps to shut down the hacker and restore safe access.
