Why Will Nobody Help Me

I went and lost 30000 hard earned coins and 33000 purchased coins and all they can tell me is how to delete cookies no nono I purchased these coins as well I would like all of them returned to me. this was in Farmville. I am not getting any answers that are not a run around someone either send me a number where I can contact u or please send me as a gift 63000 coins but because this is such a hassle I also believe that I should extra coins so maybe 100000 would be okay I am seriously starting to wonder if I should trust face book or not?????????? This is not a 50 million dollar deal here I just want what was taken from me.
