Someone Has Hacked My Pic From My Album And Created A Fake Id With That Pic

someone has hacked my pic from my album and created a fake id with that pic as her profile pic. how can i remove that pic from her profile?

1. If your account has been hacked, you may send Facebook information about the account so Facebook can look into the issue. Click here to submit your report.

2. You can go to the photo and click the "Report This Photo" link that appears below the photo.
