Someone Has Hacked Into My Account And I Can't Do Anything To Change Password

i need some sort of confirmation code to change my password so i can't do anything. someone is sending out a disturbing message to all of my contacts.

If you believe your account has been hacked but your login email address is useable, you can secure your own account by resetting the password from this page, or by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link that appears above the password field on the login page.
