why is my account locked, and asking me to upload a government photo id ? i have had fb for years, never got no junk like this, im not a friggin terrorest

Sounds like the same issue as with paypal. If they cant verify you are who you say you are than they need a copy of your photo id or a copy of a bill with your current address. They say you can just take a pixcture of it and upload it to them or you can mail a copy to them. Paypal just recently started asking for this info in the last couple years. Maybe it is some kind of new thing facebook has added to their ever growing list of updates.
