I Keep Getting A Using Automation Notice Appear

When trying to use either Farm Ville Farm Town Island Paradise and Happy Aquarium or try to retrieve gifts given on these I get a message screen appear telling me I am using Automation to get these. WHY because this has only started happening today and I am doing nothing different than before when everything worked perfectly. Can you please help.
