I Forgot My Password To My Facebook And Email Accounts

I can't log into Google or Facebook because I can't remember the password the password is the same for both Google and Facebook. Please help

For Facebook: Submit the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover.

For Google: Use the form at http://bit.ly/1UVGh13.

(From what you say, you'll have to use successfully only one of the above.)
