Facebook Hack

It appears that my account has been hacked!!  It looks like a legitimate addon, but it cannot be...  How do I get rid of it???  It pops on my wall with BS about who has viewed my profile so many times etc...  http://www.facebook.com/pages/Verify-Your-fb-Profile-II But it is not....  It is not a virus it is a compromise to my account...   How do I close the hole, or do I have to dump my account and start over??
