Facebook Is Forcing Me To Change My Personal Profile To A Business One.

I am retired and have not ever promoted a business on FaceBook. Now I am unable to log in from a phone or tablet. When I log in from a computer it wants to download my entire FaceBook activity and convert my personal profile to a business one. I cannot fathom why they are doing this. Could it be because I do not have a gmail or yahoo email address listed, and use my unique last name as the emails domain name (eg: johndoe.com)?I can find no remedy to this effect. How can get in contact with someone there to prove I'm a living breathing private person and not a business entity?
