My Facebook Has Been Compromised And I Cannot Get In Or My Gmail

Someone has gotten into my facebook and also my gmail account and I cannot get into either of them. I need my passwords reset and the automated service is not helping at all. I need to speak with someone to do this over the phone hoping it will work that way and if not I want it shut down if I can't get back in again.
