Facebook Blocked My Comments And Posts In Pages Or Groups

facebook blocked my comments and posts in all pages and groups , i think they did that because i posted so many posts that were considered abuse , what can i do to be unblocked ? They are blocking me since 2 weeks now!

Sorry for your problems. Facebook has determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers "likely to be abusive." There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block. More at:
