I Can't Get On My Facebook Account.says Account Temporarily Unavailable Due To

when i log on through my computer as told,it won't let me do anything saying there is a person with same information.

This sounds like there may very well be another account with your info. Are you creating a new account or connecting to an existing one? You'll need to do a password recovery to regain control of the account.
