I know you will mark this not helpful... but I have researched and researched this and the answer is... 'Nothing'. You can try to email customer service, but there are hundreds of reports of getting no help with this issue from customer service. A few people said they received an email from Facebook telling them why they were locked out. Check your email and spam folder for such a letter. A couple of people said Facebook wanted a copy of their Drivers license to prove it was their account. Still didn't unlock the account. Unfortunately, anyone can report your account, for no reason as violating terms of service or security violations, and Facebook automatically locks it. Whoever turns it in doesn't even have to give a legitimate email address to them, so 'Anyone' can do it just to cause problems. It is reaching epidemic levels with Facebook and other Social sites. Most people have said they had to make a new account. A few said after about 2 weeks, the lock was lifted. Some sort of investigative method Facebook does. I'm sorry this wasn't any help, but the truth is - there isn't any.
