Error Message Of Incorrect Password

I have tried resetting password, then making a new one, but still keeps looping back to original incorrect password screen

My daughter just had the same issue. Turned out the caps-lock was on. Verify that the caps-lock is NOT on and try again.

Also delete the browsing history, Internet cache, and any stored password from your web browser.

In Firefox this will be on the Tools pull-down menu under Options, and then Security.

In Internet Explorer it is under the Tools pull-downmenu, then Internet Options, then on the General tab.
