How Does A Parent Protect Their Child From Harassment?

Would like to be able to speak with someone who controls deleting information.  I am a parent of an underage teenager and have several girls harassing, bulling, and saying inappropriate stuff about her. They even have a picture of her and making comments on their own page.  We, the parents, and her are not friends on with any of these girls.  We have reported the pictures three weeks ago and still they are on these girls sites.  THIS IS RIDICULOUS that I as parent can not get help to protect my child.  Oh and by the way these girls talk about doing drugs and whoring around.  Just a little suggestion maybe facebook needs employees to monitor when a parent complains to make sure that these bullies are not allowed to have a facebook or immediately at least be able to delete immediately and warn these bullies parents.

If as you indicate you've reported the harassment to Facebook, there's unfortunately nothing more you can do. Facebook does not offer phone support.
