Disabled Fb Account

When does having two email accounts with the same Password being used on FB Count as having two accounts. When I changed my internet provider I set the new one up as primary for FB Purposes. Used my new Internet Provider's email address as my primary and my Gmail address as secondary email address and deleted the original email address of Hughes Net.
