Disable Code Generator??

I recently bought a new phone, connected my facebook to it and found that someone what hacking into it. So i signed out of all devices and put a code generator on it so that it would send me a text. My 2 year daughter just so happened to get ahold of it and now we can't find it. Missing for about a week now i don't think we will find it. Now i can't sign into my facebook without my phone. Is there anyway to turn off the generator??
