How Can I Contact Fb By Phone?

I have had a problem editing my profile on certain parts of the profile. I went to the help section but found nothing that would help me. I finally resorted to the community forum, but when I went back today to see if other users had written in to answer my question, I couldn't scroll back past the one page to find my query. I would like ot phone FB, but I don't know if they have a number they actually answer.....

According to ContactHelp.com, you can reach Facebook by phone at 1-650-543-4800, but the site says that no one answers the phone; you can just leave a message and hope they call you back.
