Change Password And The Old Email Address Please.

How can I change the email address and the phone number from my account because I don't have access to the old email address and plus I don't have the cell phone number that on my Facebook account and I need y'all assistant to help me and my name is Jacob Johnson.

If you can't log in, submit the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recove.... After you're logged in, click the gear wheel icon at the top right of any Facebook page to pull down the account menu, and then go to Account Settings.
