How To Change Name On Facebook Page

We made an error in our page name and immediately went to change it. Page said facebook does not offer this function at this time. Now they are upgrading pages and it says can only change page name if less than 100 fans. How do we make a name change? Get in touch with facebook technical support? Thank you
