Business Page Situation

My questions are layered.1. In the business I am working on the business had created a profile instead of a business page through the owner's personal account. Therefore it is was a "profile" and not a business page.2. I took steps to migrate the profile to a business page. None of the friends converted to likes, there is no admin on the page now so I can't remove the page or do any sort of work on it.3. While it was a profile page it created a different business page so I wanted to merge those two once the profile was mirgrated to a business page.How do I fix it. Is there any way to physically contact facebook to fix it or to close accounts?Thanks

Facebook has no phone support, I suggest you login to a page,click on the drop down menu> select settings> deactivate your account.
