I Am Being Blocked For Sending Too Many Messages.

I run an international organisation with customers from around the world. They message me on facebook and I try to respond to all of them. Recently Facebook notified me that I am sending too many messages and will be blocked. That doesn't make sense as I am only responding to messages sent to me, not sending unsolicited messages or spamming anyone. How can this be corrected?

Facebook will typically lift the block within a few days. In the meantime there's unfortunately nothing you can do.
