Why Can't I Attach A Picture To A Personal Message?

Since yesterday, I have been unable to attach photos, videos, or links to a FB private message. The text goes through but the rest of the message is blank. Others are having the same problem.

I am having the same problem. I dont know if it started when I was trying to figure out how to email a photo to a FaceBook person. But it seems that you can email (from third party email like yahoomail) to your own profile.

Now I can no longer attach a photo in a New Message. It just sends the text part without the photo.
