My Acct Is Hacked And I Can't Get In To Report It. Who Helps W/this???

i can't get into my acct, nor can i go to anything "facebook.com" How am I supposed to get this resolved? There is no one to contact. I logged into my husband's acct and when I search for myself, it comes up with an error saying that either the link is broken or the page has been removed. I didn't remove it!! Help!!!
