My Account Has Been Tagged For Limited Access'

"I got an message that my computer may be infected with any malware and for security reasons my account has limited access for few day"- for kind information my system is secured wit avg internet security 2012 and I have the latest updates also. Even though I am unable to post anything on facebook and even chat on facebook. Does anyone have answers for this issue or a way to contact a live person with FB.They send invalid messages like this with no way to dispute this and how long exactly is "A Few Days" Facebook?
