Cant Get Into Account Because Of Password Change That Didnt Happen.

for some reason it keeps on telling me that i changed password on april 23 at 2:23 am after i logged off and went to bed. Ive asked for a code to be sent to my phone so i can get in but i dont get one. i also cant get into my email account for the same reason. how can i get my account back?
