My Account Was Locked Yesterday Because It Said Somebody Was Trying To Access My

I have been trying for a day to get back into my acct and there is no help and it says they don't believe it is me. hello, this is facebook, I want back into my acct, this is ridicualous

Facebook has detected suspicious activity on your account and has temporarily suspended it as a security precaution. This may be because an unfamiliar computer had gained access to your Facebook account. It is also possible that your password was "phished," or stolen by a website designed to look like Facebook.

You will be able to regain access to your account once the automated security verification process is completed.
