How To Access Old Posts.

How do I access old posts, say over a year old, that were sent to me, or is scrolling through them the only way? How long do they keep posts?

Go to your timeline
Scroll down through your Timeline
Click a year or month from the menu of dates.

It is very simple if your are using a computer.
