No Access To Email Address Associated With Fb Account

HELP!!!! I don't have access to the email account associated with my FB account. I have been to the help section of FB and there is a section for this. I have tried 3x to contact FB help on this issue. I get no reply, or it says to send an email FROM ANOTHER email account associated with my FB account. The problem is, there is ONLY ONE EMAIL address associated with my FB account. THE ONE I CAN'T ACCESS. So how FB am I supposed to exactly do that??????
