How Do I Report A False Negative Review Of Me That Was Posted On Yelp

I work for a spa. I am an esthetician. A very scathing review was posted on Yelp about my treatment. However, this person NEVER had a treatment with me. We have her records which indicate she had 2 other treatments. It's horrible to think that someone can get away with this.

You can if you like create a Facebook post about the review. However, the best course is to post a response at Yelp.
