I Have Twice Had My Account Debited Whilst Playing Hoop De Loop Saga.

The game has stopped, changed to my account being checked and without any input from me has then informed me that it has debited my account. The game cannot then be returned to and so the credits are totally wasted. I would like a refund on these please and some information as to how to stop it happening again, or do I just have to not use this game

You can check your Facebook Credits balance in the Payments tab of your account. Here is the link:

https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments
