I don't believe binit1ag's answer was responsive to your question.

The short answer is that you can't find out who (if anyone) blocked your account. Chances are however you want to know what to do about the block.

Facebook has determined (rightly or wrongly) suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. To dispute that, you can file this form.

Or...

Facebook is making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. During this time, you will not be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. (Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.) If the issue lasts longer than 24 hours, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, submit this Facebook form.

If you don't think you'll use Facebook again, you can request to have your account permanently deleted.
Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you've added. Before you do this, you may want to download a copy of your info from Facebook. Then, if you'd like your account permanently deleted with no option for recovery, log in to your account and fill out this form.
