you have to go through the steps that it asks you to do in order to get back in they do this for security reasons to protect peoples accounts
ok yah just complete the steps. if you get stuck on step 2 like i did you have to file a report to the Users Operation Team through the link they give you. they give you your account back then in a week and a half
