The Facebook support people will not answer questions in this forum.  You need to use the help system to contact them.

The help document for Timeline is here:  https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=240939812618946&ref=bc

Unfortunately once turned on you cannot turn it off.  Timeline is the new profile format and eventually everyone will be using it.  It's Facebook's way of increasing security.

Now that the Timeline has been released for all users, Facebook stated that it will go live automatically after seven days, no matter if you like it or not. Timeline is here to stay, at least for the next few months. Unfortunately, there is no way you can disable it.
