there are a lot of ways to send a picture to facebook
i will show an easy one :

1 : go to this website http://www.sendspace.com/

2: click browse and select your picture when it finish uploading it will give you a link

3: copy that link and send it in meassage to facebook :)

4: when the reciever click that link , he will see the picture
