How Do I Remove Someone From My Facebook Account That Was Banned By Facebook?

I have some named Amanda Layhue Ruschel who was either banned or removed by facebook showing up in my friends list. I can not block that name, unfriend the name or even see the account. Please remove the name from my account so I can use my account safely again. Thank you

A person who was "banned or removed" cannot be a Facebook friend. We'll try to give you a solution if you can tell us the correct facts.
