Try using this contact form. I spent a lot of unnecessary time trying to find a way to contact FB direct and I finally stumbled on a question, in the community forum, asking the same thing: How to contact FB directly for support. I have just used the contact form but I am not to optimistic about getting any help as Facebook seem to do all they can to prevent users contacting them directly.
