I Have Read Every Detail On Using My Facebook Gift Card

Evertime I try to use my gift card which is activated and received an email showing it has been processed, however when I try to use it, it requires a pin! I have used the card scratch off on and used the receipt# that was provided after I entered it. Please help.... the card itself says cityville, farmville, castleville and the pioneer trail all by Zynga. I play cane crush, and others that are not Zynga..... But isn't this card for all games?
