Privacy And Text Messages

Hi at one point my ex-girlfriend had the password for my Facebook and she was able to see all my text on her phone and her laptop I would like this to stop , I don't know how to do the setting or how to see if she still on it or not I really appreciate all your help, thank u so much

First login to your account & change your password to something no one could guess it. Then in your settings> privacy setting make sure that your post can only be seen by your friends, next search to see if she still has FB timeline, if so go to settings> blocking & submit her name or email address.
