How Do I Get Permission To Install The Static Html Iframe Tab On My Page?

Trying to insert a pay pal button on my facebook page. It says I need permission to do so. How do I get permission.

hello !

In order to seek permission you will have to write to the Facebook main office. This is because you want to edit their original content according to you personal need. Ones the application is approved, you will be contacted and you will be able to make permanent changes to according to your requirement.
