My Parents' Account Cannot Be Opened For About One Year Now, We Totally Forgot T

my parent's facebook account cannot be opened for a year now, we totally forgot their email and password, including their email password, we just want to delete their account and make a new one, can someone please help me, thank you!

Contact the e-mail provider to ask for a new password to the login address. Once the e-mail address has been reset, the password for facebook can be reset through an e-mail.
