It is not clear "where" you are sending your phone numbers and email addresses to, but I assume you are referring to entering your information on Facebook's Sign Up page to create an account on the Facebook Website. If correct, then please continue reading.

If you are having problems at the Sign Up page on Facebook, or are unable to create an Account, you can try the following:

You may want to go to the Creating an Account section within Facebook's Help pages. This help section provides other options. As well as provide possible reasons as to why a facebook account may not be accepted.

If after you have reviewed the help section and still can not find a resolution for your issue, you may contact Facebook's Customer Care for assistance.

Once there, choose option 3 to contact Facebook about registration issue.

Fill out the form and click submit.
