Very New Account.my Computer Logged Me Out. Can Remember E-mail Or Password?

had my account less than 2 weeks or abouts, my computer logged me out rather than remembering my details. cant find the piece of paper i had with them on. I had made a new yahoo account just for my facebook account as I did not want notifications sent to my usual yahoo account. so i can no longer log into my facebook cant remember my password or my e-mail. please help I can quote any of my posts most of wich are photos. please help.
